Draft: not legal advice, not yet reviewed

This page is drafted structure, not settled wording. It sets out the sections Indriyosense must address and fills in only what is verifiable from how this website actually works. Every block marked below must be completed by the company and reviewed by a qualified lawyer before this page is published. The page carries noindex until that happens.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Indriyosense Private Limited. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. The site is information, not medical advice

Everything on this website is provided for general information about our research and our work in development. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation about treatment. Never start, stop or change any medication because of something you read here. Always consult your doctor.

3. MONOTECT is an investigational device

MONOTECT is under development. It is not approved for clinical use in any jurisdiction, it is not available for sale, and nothing on this site is an offer to supply it. Statements about what MONOTECT is intended to do describe design intent and work in progress, not demonstrated or certified performance. Where a performance figure is stated, its source is cited alongside it.

4. Accuracy and change

We take care over what we publish, and we cite sources for factual claims. Even so, the site describes active research: content may become out of date, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, text and images on this site belong to Indriyosense Private Limited unless stated otherwise. Our Indian patent application 202531019411, “Electrochemical L-dopa Sensing”, has been filed; a filed application is not a granted patent, and we describe it as an application everywhere on this site.

Counsel to settle: the permitted-use licence for site content (may a visitor quote or reproduce it, and on what terms), the treatment of third-party material such as journal figures, and attribution requirements for the embedded fonts, which are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

6. Links to other sites

We link to journals, databases and other external sources so our claims can be checked. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. Liability

The limitation-of-liability clause must be drafted by counsel. It is the clause most likely to be tested, and it interacts with the medical disclaimer above; a term that overreaches may be unenforceable. Do not adapt boilerplate here.

8. Governing law

Counsel to specify governing law and the courts having jurisdiction. Given the company is registered in West Bengal, confirm whether jurisdiction should be Kharagpur, Kolkata, or elsewhere.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to the email address in the footer.
