Draft: not legal advice, not yet reviewed

This page is drafted structure, not settled wording. It sets out the sections Indriyosense must address and fills in only what is verifiable from how this website actually works. Every block marked below must be completed by the company and reviewed by a qualified lawyer before this page is published. The page carries noindex until that happens.

Last updated: not yet published · Version: draft

This page is the plain-language companion to our Privacy Policy. The policy is the formal notice; this page explains the same thing in fewer words, so you know what happens before you type anything into the form.

If you contact us

The enquiry form asks for your name, your email address, optionally your organisation, the kind of enquiry, and your message. We use those to read your enquiry and reply to it. You will get an automatic email confirming that it arrived. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your details to anyone for marketing.

If you just read the site

You can read every page without giving us anything. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. The only thing stored in your browser is whether you chose the light or dark theme, which stays on your device.

This claim must stay true. If analytics, a chat widget, an embedded video or a font CDN is ever added, this paragraph and the Privacy Policy both become inaccurate on the day it ships. Server access logs also need confirming; see the Privacy Policy, section 2.

Enquiries about investment

“Investment” is one of the enquiry types on our form. Selecting it tells us who you are so we can respond to you directly and privately. Nothing on this website is an offer or an invitation to subscribe for securities, and we do not publish fundraising terms here.

Changing your mind

You can ask us to delete your enquiry and your details at any time, and you can withdraw your consent as easily as you gave it. Write to the Grievance Officer named in the Privacy Policy.

Name the Grievance Officer and the deletion route here too, once appointed; a visitor should not have to read the full policy to find out how to withdraw.

Medical information

If you write to us as a patient or a carer, please do not send us clinical details or health records. We are a sensor-development company, we cannot give medical advice, and we would rather not hold health data we have no purpose for. Speak to your neurologist about your treatment.
